Candace is there for you. She was the listing agent for the home we fell in love with. It was a mostly unplanned decision to look at it and then make an offer. We just missed the open house and learned the owner was already preparing to review the multiple offers and make their decision. We didn’t have a realtor, weren’t pre-approved, had a home to sell, etc. Candace arranged for us to tour the home, then hooked us up with a lender. She agreed to act as the transaction broker.
